Job Description: 1. Project Planning & Management Lead and manage M&E works from project initiation to completion . Develop project plans, schedules, work programs, and execution strategies. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards . 2. Cost & Budget Control Prepare and manage project budgets , cost plans, and cash flow. Monitor project expenditure and control costs. Review and approve variation orders , claims, and final accounts. Coordinate with QS and finance teams for cost reporting. 3. Technical & Design Management Oversee M&E design development and ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and standards . Review shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and technical proposals. Coordinate with consultants, BIM teams, and design engineers. 4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management Coordinate M&E works with architectural, structural, and other trades . Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors. Lead project meetings, progress meetings, and coordination meetings. 5. Construction & Site Management Supervise site teams and ensure proper execution of M&E works. Monitor site progress and resolve technical and construction issues. Ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications. Manage subcontractors’ performance and manpower planning. 6. Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures , HSE regulations, and project standards. Implement quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITP), and safety procedures. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and authority approvals. 7. Risk & Change Management Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Manage change requests, RFIs, and claims.
