Job Summary Manage foreign worker administration and payroll processes, coordinate onboarding and welfare support, and ensure compliance with certification and work-pass requirements to support efficient manpower deployment. Responsibilities Manage work-pass related administrative tasks, including ownership of documentation and distribution of work pass cards to ensure compliance and timely processing Maintain accurate and up-to-date foreign worker personal files in HR databases for effective record-keeping and audit readiness Coordinate onboarding processes by arranging arrivals, accommodation, welfare support, and initial setup to facilitate smooth integration of foreign workers Track certification requirements and coordinate registration or renewal of training courses (e.g., CSOC, AWSH) with training providers to maintain workforce compliance Prepare and administer foreign worker payroll records, including overtime, allowances, and deductions, to ensure accurate and timely compensation Collaborate with project teams to support manpower deployment and allocation aligned with operational needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline Relevant experience in foreign worker administration or construction HR Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication, organizational, and coordination abilities @ mingyan@staffhub.com
