BIM Modeler / BIM Coordinator

You will design and prepare detailed shop drawings and BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. Support project teams through training and workflow improvements to enhance BIM-based quantification and simulation. Responsibilities Design and prepare detailed shop drawings for project submissions Develop and maintain BIM models and libraries with accurate parameters for BIM-based quantification and 4D simulation Create plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings with proper annotation for architectural approval Establish and maintain office BIM standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modeling processes, and drawing formats Prepare design and drafting schedules for project approval Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and processes to improve proficiency and project outcomes Assist in developing and improving BIM workflows and standards to enhance efficiency and consistency Required competencies and certifications Technically delivers CAD/BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM Coordination Understanding of the VDC/CAD/BIM industry, concepts, practices, and procedures Diploma in Civil, Structural Engineering, M&E, Building, or equivalent @ mingyan@staffhub.com
