Summary: Tuas; Company pick up at Lakeside 5 days / Office Hours Basic up to: $3900 Entry level are welcome Responsibilities: Support recruitment – Post jobs on JobStreet and MyCareersFuture, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers and agencies. Manage onboarding & offboarding – Arrange IT setup, orientation, HRIS profiles, insurance, and exit interviews; maintain employee records and master lists. Handle employment lifecycle – Manage confirmations, contract renewals, re-employment, retirements, and work pass applications/renewals. Prepare HR reports – Compile data and presentations for management updates and townhalls. Provide general HR support – Assist with payroll updates, promotions, salary adjustments, SOP maintenance, training initiatives, employee engagement, and cross-departmental projects.
