Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing through to successful placement. Conduct executive and non-executive search assignments across a wide range of industries. Handle the job offer process, including salary negotiations and compensation discussions with both clients and candidates. Advise clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks, and current employment conditions. Drive business development by acquiring new clients and growing relationships with existing accounts. Build and maintain strong client partnerships through effective account management. Work closely with clients to design customized recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
