Summary: $3200 - $4500 Islandwide Singapore [ East / Central / North / West / Northeast ] Job Description & Responsibility: Help design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum. Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit children's varying needs and abilities. Work with small groups to teach specific skills. Create teaching aids and set up engaging learning corners. Maintain a safe, stimulating, and age-appropriate classroom. Regularly rotate toys, books, and display materials based on the curriculum. Clean toys fortnightly and keep the classroom visually updated. Promote respectful behavior and maintain classroom discipline. Interact with children in a positive and respectful manner. Encourage social and emotional development through appropriate communication. Keep parents informed about their child’s progress through meetings, portfolios, and communication books. Arrange and participate in formal and informal parent-teacher interactions as needed. Uphold a professional code of conduct in appearance and communication. Cooperate with colleagues and maintain respectful relationships with staff and families. Participate in all school activities and perform duties assigned by supervisors.
