Summary Salary $3500-$3800 5 days, 44hrs per week (Includes weekend) (Earliest shift start at 11am, Latest shift end at midnight 4am) - Company transportation provided for night shift Industry: Rooftop restaurant and bar, at 6th floor Location: Short walking distance from City Hall mrt Fulltime role, Yearly Bonus provided Responsibilities Recommend wines and beverages, and provide wine pairing suggestions to guests. Serve wine and beverages following proper presentation and service standards. Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Lead, train, and support the service team to deliver excellent customer service. Monitor wine inventory, stock levels, and ensure proper storage of wines and beverages. Handle guest enquiries, resolve service issues, and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, company policies, and service quality standards.
