AI Consultant / Business Transformation Consultant (Digital Transformation)

Location: East $4k-$6k (Basic) AWS & VB provided Industry: Engineering - Manufacturer with in-house R&D and smart technology development About the Role Our client is looking for an AI Consultant who enjoys solving business problems using AI and automation. You'll work with different departments to understand existing workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement practical AI solutions that improve productivity and business operations. This is a business-facing consulting role , not a hardcore software engineering position. Responsibilities Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities Design AI-driven workflow improvements and digital solutions Organise company data and databases for AI applications (knowledge base/RAG) Work with SQL, Python (Pandas), ERP systems and APIs Build dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools Collaborate with business users and developers to implement AI solutions Measure project outcomes through productivity and efficiency improvements Train users and support AI adoption across the business Requirements 2–5 years' experience in AI, Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, Business Analysis or Intelligent Automation Strong business process analysis and workflow mapping skills Good SQL and Python (Pandas) knowledge Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, Copilot or similar Familiar with ERP systems, databases and automation concepts Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with Power BI, Git, PowerShell or API integration is advantageous Ideal Background We welcome candidates from: AI Consultant Digital Transformation Consultant Business Transformation Consultant Business Process Analyst Operational Excellence / Process Excellence Intelligent Automation Consultant Manufacturing Systems Continuous Improvement Data & AI Consultant Why Apply?
