About this role
* Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm * Location: Tanjong Pagar * To support office relocation and new office setup * No experience is welcome to apply * Period: 17 August to 30 September 2026, 6 weeks contract role only Our client is a MNC conglomerate-investment company Responsibilities: Set up and dismantle desktop PCs, monitors, TV screens, and related equipment Disconnect workstations before the move, then reconnect them at the new office Configure laptops along with their peripherals Set up printers and meeting room AV systems Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues such as Outlook, Teams, and Wi-Fi connectivity Liaise with vendors throughout the office move Handle asset tagging and reconcile inventory records Provide hands-on user support during the first few weeks after relocation Manage cabling and test each workstation to ensure everything runs smoothly Work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the move period, when required only.
