Field Service Engineer / (No Exp. Ok!)

* Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6pm * Location: Woodlands * No experience is welcome to apply, on the job/overseas training is provided! * Class 3 license is a must * Permanent Our client provides engineering services like valve automation to the petrochemical, oil & gas, and pharmaceutical industry Responsibilities: Participates in site survey and site implementation for all valve actuation related initiatives. Troubleshoots actuators and control instruments issues at site for customers. Works with operation team to schedule and prepare execution plan for service jobs. Conducts repair work both in-house and at customers’ site when required. Works with other teams within the Group to generates report for customers on root cause analysis. Works with the other business unit on customer’s challenges and derive solutions to solve other issues that they are facing. Requirements: A technical NITEC, diploma or degree in a relevant engineering discipline /or minimum 2 years of experience as a technician or Field Service Engineer in the industrial or commercial sector Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and work independently Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients A valid driving license and flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as required A proactive, safety-conscious approach and a commitment to continuous learning and development HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, please click on “Apply Now” or email to ref32@staffink.com.sg to submit your resume.
