Office hours, Monday - Friday, 8.30pm - 6pm Location: Toa Payoh To support new ERP/WMS system project transformation from old system Permanent Our client is a China MNC well established entity in manufacturing and distribution of parts and components for Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) Responsibilities: Responsible in providing applications support to end users (eg. MS Office, Windows, (Glovia etc) Assist in creating reports templates, customization in Glovia, Primary support for email administration, include user creation, password assignment and user training on email usage. Assist in assigning User ID and Passwords to determine the level of security to be attached to all applications. Provide secondary support to Helpdesk & End User support in PC, laptop, hardware and software, Responsible for problem troubleshooting and developing solution pertaining to problem encountered in applications Provide basic training to users for applications (eg, Glovia, Endpoint, VPN, O365, etc), Responsible for creation, liaising with vendors and managing vendors, Responsible for assisting IT Manager in Project Management, IT documentation, etc Responsible to complete ad hoc tasks as delegated by IT Manager, Requirements: Hands on expert level experience with two or more of the following and strong understanding of the remaining technologies: OS Administration/Installation (Linux/Windows, etc), Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and etc, Virtualiaztion (VMware, Hypervisor etc), Basic knowledge Networking, security, infrastructure, ERP, MES HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, please click on “Apply Now” or email to submit your resume.
