About this role
Job Description: · To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work including manpower deployment, materials on-site and work schedules. · Liaise with sub-contractors on day-to-day operations and technical issues · Responsible for all trades of works on-sites, including structural, architectural, building, M&E etc · Ensure good quality of works and manage defects rectifications. · Ensure work done compliance with design, specifications, safety requirements and related local statutory regulations. · Check and supervise direct labour / workers Job Requirements: · Possess a Diploma in a relevant trade and at least 2 years of similar capacity relevant working experience in Construction. Working hours: 5.5 day. Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm. Sat, 9am to 1pm
