Presales Solution Architect (Cloud – Azure / AWS / Gcc)

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to head the Government Digital Solutions Business Unit, responsible for delivering enterprise-grade digital platforms and applications for Whole-of-Government (WOG) customers. This is a senior leadership role combining P&L ownership, product strategy, enterprise delivery, and stakeholder management, working closely with cross-functional teams and major enterprise software partners to support Singapore’s digital government agenda. Key Responsibilities Engage customers to understand business, technical, and compliance requirements Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and architecture presentations Support presales activities including proposals and RFP responses Design cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments Develop architectures for cloud migration, application modernisation, and landing zones Ensure compliance with GCC, IM8, MTCS, and security standards Support risk assessments, security reviews, and governance discussions Requirements 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure, or solution design Minimum 3 years in presales or customer-facing roles Strong experience delivering solutions for enterprise or government clients in Singapore Hands-on experience with at least two cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Huawei Cloud (good to have) Experience designing high availability, resilience, and disaster recovery architectures Proven ability to conduct technical workshops and stakeholder discussions Experience preparing technical proposals, architecture documents, and cost estimates Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills To Apply or find out more information on this role, please email us or send your updated resume to: lynn.tay@starcareerconsulting.com Lynn Tay (Reg.
