Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager

Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion Coordinate and allocate resources effectively across various project stages Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project timelines or outcomes Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines Foster strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies Mentor and guide project team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and client expectations Preferred candidates should preferably possess the following: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Architectural, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in Interior Architectural projects and building projects Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
