Service Architect

The Service Architect designs, shapes, and governs Hybrid IT service offerings across various environments, playing a critical leadership role in complex pursuits and large-scale engagements. This involves architecting commercially viable, technically differentiated, and operationally sustainable solutions while bridging solution architecture, service design, and commercial structuring. Candidates must possess over 12 years of experience in Hybrid IT, Infrastructure, or Managed Services, including at least 5 years leading complex pursuits exceeding $3M contract value. Strong commercial understanding, experience in large-scale outsourcing/cloud transformation, and proven service costing/RFP solutioning skills are essential.
