Account Manager (Hospitality Industry)

The Account Director is fully accountable for the commercial health, relationship depth, and strategic positioning of the assigned portfolio, focusing on protecting recurring revenue and expanding wallet share. This role involves owning and growing assigned Hospitality & MICE accounts by developing and executing long-term account plans and driving cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Candidates must have a degree in Business Management or Information Technology and a minimum of five years of sales experience in telecommunication or related IT industries. Preferred qualifications include experience managing hospitality/MICE accounts and expertise in solution selling related to global managed network services, hybrid cloud, and security.
