JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Prospect and promote jewellery products and services to walk-in customers as well as customers on our online platforms. Provide customer service support for the retail network and e-commerce. Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well-presented. Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and establish a positive rapport with every client. Drive client satisfaction. Work together with operations to ensure a smooth fulfillment process. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as required. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Undergraduate students in any field of study. 2. Skilled in using Microsoft Office (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel). 3. Meticulous, with strong communication and teamwork skills. 4. Passionate to the customer/sales industry 6.
