Create a safe, provocative, and multi-sensory learning environment that encourages curiosity. Build strong, trusting partnerships with parents through regular communication and updates on child development. Observe and document children’s learning journeys and developmental milestones. Collaborate with the Principal and fellow teachers to enhance the center's pedagogical standards. ✅ Requirements Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent. ECDA L2 certification is mandatory. Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). A strong heart for children and a belief in nurturing the "whole child."
