Night Shift Accoont

Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with SFRS Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for engineering projects Ensure compliance with IRAS, ACRA, and statutory requirements (GST, ECI, Corporate Tax) Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretary on all statutory matters Monitor cash flow, cost control, and project-based accounting performance Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures Oversee payroll processing and CPF submissions (if required) Support management in financial analysis and strategic planning Requirements: Degree in Account and finance / CPA or equivalent professional qualification At least 3-5 years of relevant experience , preferably in engineering, construction, or project-based industries Hands-on experience with accounting systems such as SAP / Oracle / advanced ERP systems Experience handling full set of accounts independently in SMEs Familiar with project costing and revenue recognition (percentage of completion method) Prior experience liaising with auditors and handling year-end audit independently Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level, including pivot tables and financial modeling) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
