Site Foreman

Responsibilities: Coordinating construction work according to schedule and plan Supervise all the operations and workers on the job site Assure the safety procedures are being followed at all times Provide for adequate resources and staffing to meet safety needs, regulations, best practices, laws and project schedule Emphasis on the safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment including training on safety gear, helmets, and procedures Develop and oversee quality standards on all sites Monitor and manage project budgets on all sites Resolve conflicts or miscommunication that may happen on-site quickly and amicably Report project status to supervisors, site engineers and officials regularly Responsible for the upkeep of documentation on project matters Requirements: At least 2 years working experience in building construction industry Meticulous, analytical and a good team player Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment Interested candidates, please email detailed resume and expected remuneration to hr@steeltech.com.sg
