The Equipment Engineer will be responsible for maintaining equipment reliability through consistent maintenance and reducing downtime, while also improving equipment efficiency by analyzing failures and implementing corrective and preventive measures. This role also involves providing technical support for equipment capacity enhancement, including installation and relocation retrofits, and studying Fault Detection Control methodology. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent field, along with over three years of relevant experience. Essential qualities include strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and high interpersonal skills allowing for independent work and cross-functional collaboration.
