Responsibilities Perform full set bookkeeping accurately to maintain up-to-date financial records for clients Prepare and reconcile accounting entries to ensure compliance with statutory requirements Support corporate secretarial tasks by preparing and organizing necessary documentation for client companies Manage deadlines effectively to ensure timely submission of statutory filings and internal reports Work independently to prioritize tasks and deliver accurate financial and secretarial support Maintain organized records to facilitate audit processes and client inquiries
