Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end delivery of high-quality strategy consulting projects (e.g., market/industry analysis, growth strategy, operating model, transformation support), either on your own or with the support from internal/external resources as appropriate for the size and complexity of each project; Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders of our clients Conduct business development activities (e.g., proposal development, client relationship management, pipeline development); Manage a team of junior consultants to meet project deadlines and achieve milestones; Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence; Work collaboratively with our consulting teams in Japan as and when necessary; Identify opportunities to grow the overall business and digital capabilities of our clients, and propose appropriate business solutions to clients; and Manage project budgets and timeframes, and ensure high standard of delivery. Candidate requirements: Experience in completing and delivering business strategy consulting projects with high-profile clients Excellent client relationship management skills Strong understanding of digital transformation, business process improvement, and technology-enabled operating model change Excellent spoken and written command of English and/or Japanese Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to comprehend and convey complex business information Excellent analytical and quantitative skills – highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel A proven ability to thrive in high pressure situations, in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Ability to work autonomously and proactively without full supervision Ability to manage and achieve sales targets and KPIs Experience in global management consulting firms would be an advantage
