Job Description Join the Stratgeist Events Team Looking to kickstart your career in events, sports marketing or experiential activations? At Stratgeist, we create some of Singapore’s most exciting sporting events, corporate tournaments and brand activations. We’re looking for enthusiastic and dependable Event Operations Interns to support the planning and execution of our upcoming projects. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, working with people and seeing events come to life, we’d love to hear from you. – Position Event Operations Intern Allowance: SGD $800–$1,000/month (depending on deployment schedule) Internship Period: Minimum 3-4 months commitment preferred Responsibilities Assist with event registration and guest check-in Support event setup and teardown Manage participant flow, queues and crowd movement Assist with event operations and logistics Support sponsor activations and brand experience booths Prepare and manage event equipment Coordinate with vendors, partners and event crew Support emcees, officials and event managers during live operations Ensure event areas remain safe, organised and operational General event operations and administrative support Requirements Polytechnic and University students are welcome Passionate about events, sports or marketing Friendly, proactive and confident interacting with the public Responsible, organised and punctual Comfortable standing and moving around throughout event days Able to work weekends and Public Holidays when required Able to commit throughout the internship period What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience delivering live events and activations Exposure to sports marketing and experiential campaigns Opportunity to work with leading brands and clients Mentorship from experienced event professionals Opportunities to return for future Stratgeist projects
