Regional Market Growth Executive (Southeast Asia)

Build the Next Generation of Consumer Technology Brands Do you enjoy discovering new opportunities, building brands, analysing markets, and working with exciting consumer technology products? At StreamCast Asia, we help innovative global brands grow across Southeast Asia through retail, e-commerce, digital marketing and community engagement. We are looking for energetic, entrepreneurial individuals who enjoy making things happen. This is more than a sales role. You will work directly with regional management to grow brands, launch products, expand channels and create business opportunities across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. Your Responsibilities Develop growth strategies for assigned brands and markets Identify new business opportunities and market trends Work closely with retailers, e-commerce platforms and business partners Assist in planning product launches and promotional campaigns Analyse sales performance and recommend growth initiatives Coordinate with marketing, operations and supply chain teams Build strong relationships with brand owners and channel partners Prepare market intelligence and business performance reports Travel within Southeast Asia when required What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, brand management or business development Experience in consumer electronics is an advantage but not essential Strong analytical and communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and curiosity Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Willing to travel regionally What You'll Gain Regional exposure across Southeast Asia Opportunity to work with innovative global consumer technology brands Direct mentoring from senior regional management Significant career advancement opportunities AI-enabled work environment High level of autonomy and ownership Clear pathway into Regional Brand Management and Business Leadership Fresh-graduates are welcomed to apply for trainee positions.
