StriveX is representing a Private Bank in Singapore seeking an experienced professional to join their Client Data Management team at the Assistant Manager level. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of client account data throughout the onboarding and account maintenance lifecycle. You will also play a key part in driving process improvements and supporting internal stakeholders on documentation standards. Role and Responsibilities Review account opening application forms and supporting documents as part of the new client onboarding process. Perform periodic reviews and handle change maintenance requests related to KYC updates, including changes to structure, beneficial ownership, authorised signatories, addresses, and contact details. Ensure all account updates are executed in accordance with established procedures and regulatory guidelines. Generate reports and conduct monitoring activities as required by internal policies and external regulations. Provide training and guidance to team members and internal stakeholders on document review processes and best practices. Act as department subject matter expert (SME) in internal projects and working group discussions. Participate in UAT testing for system enhancements or new initiatives. Support ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the Supervisor. Key Requirements Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in client data management, KYC, or account documentation within the financial services industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Highly organised, meticulous, and detail-oriented. Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
