Senior Art Director

Job Summary Looking for a senior art director to manage a creative initiative from start to finish, guiding a cross-functional creative team in the conception, design and execution of visual materials. Responsibilities Lead the artistic development of marketing and promotional materials across print, online, social media, and collateral to deliver compelling visual content Manage and mentor a team of art directors, graphic designers, photographers, and creative staff to enhance team performance and creativity Ideate, art direct, and execute original creative concepts aligned with client briefs, objectives, and goals Oversee multiple projects from concept through completion, coordinating in-house resources and third-party vendors to meet deadlines Prioritize tasks and delegate duties effectively to manage simultaneous projects and ensure timely delivery Apply expertise in design, photography, illustration, and motion graphics to elevate creative output Collaborate with marketing and media buying teams to develop advertising campaign strategies that align with client goals Create presentations and project plans, engage with clients, and ensure successful online brand representation Utilize knowledge of print, broadcast, and digital communications to identify and implement innovative marketing and creative trends Skills Required: Strong artistic and creative vision with an ability to guide various creative processes. Leadership and team management skills to inspire and direct a creative team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey ideas and foster a collaborative environment.
