- 1 Year Contract (Convertable) - Up to $3,000 - Office hours - Bukit Merah Responsibilities: Handling inbound calls on payment related to hospital bills Making outbound calls to follow up on payment related to hospital bills Receivables management General customer service duties Handle patient enquiries, provide billing information to patients Sending statement of accounts Period: 1 Year Contract (Convertible) Salary: Up to $3,000 Working hours: Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm Location: Bukit Merah Requirements: Good interpersonal, communication and written skills Proactive, committed and self-motivated Positive team player who is also able to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word & Excel) Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate or equivalent.
