About this role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations while supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate is hands-on, resourceful, and capable of handling both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day operational responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Support daily HR operations and general administrative functions. Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing in compliance with statutory requirements. Handle CPF submissions, income tax filings (IR8A, IR21), and Government-Paid Leave claims. Administer work pass matters, including quota management and applications. Support employee compensation and benefits, including staff welfare, payroll, Foreign Worker Levy (FWL), and CPF matters. Coordinate and facilitate training and development programmes. Review and manage the company’s insurance policies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on audit documentation and compliance requirements. Manage office supplies, pantry replenishment, and general office administration. Perform any other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience (experience in the construction or marine industry will be an advantage). Proven experience in payroll processing for at least 100 employees. Experience with eHR payroll system will be an added advantage. Familiarity with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and statutory requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Self-motivated, organized, and resourceful, with the ability to work independently. Meticulous with strong attention to detail. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
