System Of Systems (Sos) Engineer At Changi, Up To $4,000 (Office Hours)

- 1-year contract - Up to $4,000 - Mon – Fri: 9am–9pm - Changi Responsibilities: The System of Systems (SoS) Engineer is responsible for continuous monitoring, operation, and coordination of multiple integrated systems in a high-tempo, mission-critical environment. This role ensures real-time situational awareness and system functionality across interconnected platforms, supporting operational continuity around the clock. Key duties include system health checks, event logging, issue escalation, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Operators must maintain high levels of attention to detail, technical proficiency, and responsiveness to dynamic operational demands Perform monitoring, analysis and escalation of real-time operation events. Monitor various alarm alerts, activation of response team and prepare reports upon completion of operation. Perform as MAC first responder for any systems defects Perform inbound and outbound calls/group chat for defects coordination Updating of PM/CM logs Any other duties/jobs assigned by supervisor. ​ Period: 1-year contract Salary: Up to $4,000 Working hours: Mon – Fri: 9am–9pm Location: Changi Requirements: Diploma/Higher Nitec in Infocomm Technology or equivalent. Able to work 12 hours shift including weekends or Public Holiday (depend on roster). Experience in Network Operations Centre (NOC) would be advantageous.
