Permanent Production And Facility Technician At Woodlands, $3,000 - $3,800 (Office Hours)

- Permanent - $3,000 - $3,800 - Mon–Fri, 9am - 6.30pm - Woodlands Responsibilities: The Production and Facility Technician plays a multiple role in supporting smooth operations in production and packaging processes; as well as machinery, equipment and environment upkeep while meeting GMP requirements. Production and Packaging Processes: To work independently or interdependently from machine preparation, line clearance, respective activities, cleaning and end-of-batch clearance To assist in process trial, data collection for study when necessary To assist in improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs Machinery and Equipment: To monitor and improve the performance of manufacturing equipment To perform preventive maintenance to ensure machines efficiency, shelf life and minimum downtime; preferably to include planning & scheduling To assist in equipment validation and qualification process To source and coordinate with vendor for machines and parts (preferably) To maintain equipment, equipment’s parts, tools, spare parts and consumables (include gowning supply) in production rooms, production office and warehouse Facilities Maintenance: To clean and maintain the environment according to the respective SOP To assist in pest control including pest count, change of pest traps, alerting if there is unusual observation To ensure all areas are kept clean and free of conditions that could attract pests To assist in temperature monitoring, recording including download records &/or data collection when necessary To support the readiness of process area and equipment for use at all times To ensure the utilities such as lights, air-con, wash area, etc. of both manufacturing area and general office are well function General cleaning Miscellaneous Duties when necessary: To assist in SOP review To assist in technical investigation To coordinate with vendor concerning machinery, equipment and facilities Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned​ Period: Permanent Salary: $3,000 - $3,800 Working hours: Mon–Fri, 9am - 6.30pm Location: Woodlands Requirements: Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Prior experience in GMP manufacturing or similar production environment is preferred Good understanding in manufacturing processes and preventive maintenance Able to perform data entry (e.g., Microsoft Office, equipment software) Able to follow SOPs and maintain accurate documentation Good communication and interpersonal skills with team spirit Willingness to learn and contribute through continuous improvement​ Interested applicants, kindly email your detailed resume (MS Word format is preferred): wanyi@successhrc.com.sg (Reg No: R25128591 ) Please ensure that applications sent through email are no bigger than 1Mb.
