Project Co Ordinator

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation specific to shipbuilding initiatives. Meet up with main to get new jobs and follow the work schedules and finished the jobs on board vessel, Manage project execution by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of challenges. Conduct regular project status reviews and prepare detailed reports for senior management and clients, highlighting progress and any critical concerns. Ensure health, safety, and environmental practices are integrated into project workflows and adhered to at all times. Promote continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and applying lessons learned to future initiatives. Co ordinate with workers and finished the job on work sites, Regularly follow the main contractors to send the new quotes and follow the new assignments, Co ordinate with management and workers to solve the issue.
