Job Description & Requirements Work closely with the Manager to ensure smooth operations. Supervise & assist a team of crew on site. Maintain & control the use of stock, equipment & consumables. Assist the Manager in maintaining up-to-date asset list. Assist the Manager in scheduling for jobs & holiday leaves. Monitor performance & absenteeism of crew. Ensure that appropriate PPE are worn by crew. Prepare overtime rosters for approval by the Manager. Upkeep all equipment. Ensure company policies & standards are met by crew at all faclities. Liaise & monitor work done by outsourced contractors. Other duties assigned by the Manager or the Managerment
