Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and skilled Hair Stylist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair, strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling, and a dedication to delivering excellent customer service. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their preferences, provide expert recommendations, and help them look and feel their best. Key Responsibilities: Greet and consult with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences. Perform haircuts, blowouts, coloring, highlights, treatments, perms, and styling services. Recommend suitable styles, products, and aftercare routines based on hair type and lifestyle. Keep up with current trends in hairstyles and hair care techniques. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation. Manage appointment schedules and assist with front-desk duties if needed. Ensure proper use and maintenance of salon tools and equipment. Build and retain a loyal client base through professionalism and personalized service.
