Quality Control Manager

Responsible for rectifying defects as listed out by the Project Manager / Architects / QAQC Manager anytime during the construction stage till the issuance of the Maintenance Certificate by the Architect. To lead a team of workers to rectify defects, as assigned by the QAQC Manager / Asst QAQC Manager / QAQC Executive during the DLP. To assist the project teams during the pre-TOP period, to rectify and prepare finished works for TOP inspection, as directed by the Directors / GM. REQUIREMENTS 1. Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 2. Minimum 1- 2years QA/QC experience in the construction industry (main contractors preferred) 3. Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with site and project teams 4. Able to work independently and handle multiple inspections and submissions
