Preschool Teacher

About the Role We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Preschool Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment that supports the holistic development of children through meaningful and interactive experiences. Requirements CPT (Certificate in Preschool Teaching) or equivalent ECDA-recognised qualification. Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to support communication with children and parents). Minimum 3 years of relevant preschool teaching experience. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Caring, patient, enthusiastic, and committed to children’s development. Good team player with a positive attitude. Current First Aid certification is an advantage. Job Responsibilities Foster children’s cognitive, language, social, emotional and physical development. Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment. Observe, assess and document children’s learning progress. Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and conferences. Prepare teaching resources and maintain classroom displays. Ensure children’s health, safety and well-being at all times. Participate in school events, professional development and staff meetings. Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and centre management. Support the implementation of the centre’s programmes, including Multiple Intelligences (MI) activities where applicable.
