Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer

Job Descriptions:- ∙Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services and complete within programme ∙Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters ∙Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines ∙Execute mechanical and electrical works in building construction ∙Supervise day-to-day site works ∙Handle the project supervision and documentation ∙Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress ∙Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate with BIM team ∙ Attend progress/site/MEP meeting ∙Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations ∙Ensure M&E works are performed on time within the budget ∙Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with Requirements Job Requirements:- ∙Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification ∙Knowledge of MEP services and familiar with local code of practice ∙At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position ∙Willing to learn and work under pressure ∙Team player with good working attitude ∙Detail oriented and excellent organization skills
