Training Manager

Job Description: · Creating a professional and welcoming experience for our customers based on the company’s guidelines. · Obtain training and perform duties in Therapist Department. · Lead by example by demonstrating exemplary professionalism. · Attending to customers’ needs and complaints promptly and politely. · Recommend improvements to Management where appropriate. · Resolve all potential service failure issues. · Consistently monitor individual performance and progression with your superior and management. · Provide support as needed in various departments. · Consistently review operational standards with the aim of always improving speed and service quality. · Execute any duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Management. Requirements: · Applicants must possess at least degree in any field · Applicants with no experiences is welcomed to apply · Highly motivated and willing to learn · Strong positive mentality · Customer-oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Possess good initiative and leadership skills · On-the-job training provided · 5.5 days’ work week · Able to work on weekends and PH
