Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurately recorded and processed. Monitor warehouse productivity and workflow to meet operational requirements. Maintain proper housekeeping and organization of warehouse facilities. Inventory Management Ensure stock accuracy through regular stock counts and inventory audits. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when required. Ensure proper stock rotation practices (FIFO/FEFO) are followed. Team Management Supervise and coordinate warehouse assistants and drivers. Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance. Provide coaching, training, and guidance to warehouse personnel. Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures. Safety & Compliance Enforce workplace safety regulations and safe handling practices. Conduct regular safety inspections and report hazards. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and inspections. Logistics Coordination Coordinate delivery schedules and transportation requirements. Work closely with procurement, production, and operations teams to ensure timely material flow. Resolve operational issues related to warehousing and logistics activities.
