Job Summary Lead and develop the sales team to achieve targets, manage customer relations, and identify new business opportunities within related industries at SUPERIOR CARDS. Responsibilities Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving business growth Review customer quotations and negotiate terms to secure favorable agreements Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve complaints to maintain satisfaction Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and guidance to improve results Identify and pursue new business opportunities within related industries to expand market reach Required competencies and certifications Diploma or higher in Business or related field Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience Proven ability to meet sales targets and coach junior staff Proficient command of English for effective communication Familiarity with Singapore local market needs Preferred competencies and qualifications [None stated] Other Information Salary: S$4,500 – 9,000/month Work Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time
