Join the Superland Pre-School Family! 🎉 Roles & Responsibilities Oversee daily school operations and ensure a safe, nurturing environment. Lead, mentor, and support teachers and staff. Ensure curriculum quality and guide teachers in planning and classroom practices. Monitor children’s wellbeing, learning progress, and behaviour. Communicate with parents on school matters, concerns, and policies. Organise school events, parent meetings, and excursions. Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements. Manage enrolment, staffing, schedules, and administrative processes. Handle budgeting, procurement, and resource management. Requirements: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Teaching and Leadership) Preferably 2 years of experience in leadership role.
