Senior Architectural Executive

This role involves assisting senior architectural staff in executing design and management strategies, leading coordination efforts among all involved parties to meet project objectives, and ensuring designs comply with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities also include managing project timelines, conducting pre-design work, and overseeing the construction stage through to handover. Candidates must possess a degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch) and be proficient with design, CAD, and 3D modeling software like AutoCAD, Rhino, and BIM software (Revit). Preferred qualifications include a comprehensive understanding of building codes, strong organizational and analytical skills, creativity, sound industry knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.
