Technical Officer (Site Supervision)

The main responsibilities involve supervising Architectural and M&E construction works on project sites, alongside overseeing non-structural works in PPVC and PBU fit-out yards. This role requires ensuring strict adherence to all relevant codes, specifications, and site requirements while reporting to various consultants and Qualified Persons. Candidates must possess a Diploma in Engineering, Building, Architecture, or an equivalent BCA/ITE qualification, coupled with a minimum of three years of experience supervising building projects. Mandatory requirements include holding MOM-accredited safety courses and, for landscape duties, a WSQ Certificate in Landscape Operations or an HDB-approved equivalent.
