Senior Executive Engineer (M&E)

The role involves carrying out feasibility and detailed mechanical designs for public and commercial projects, including plantroom layouts and services routing. Responsibilities also include contract administration, managing project progress, and overseeing the testing and commissioning of M&E systems. A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore is required. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in mechanical services design, project management, and knowledge of building services regulations.
