Why Join Us 5 working days per week 40 working hours per week Annual Leave starting from 12 days AWS (13th month bonus) paid in January Medical and dental benefits provided Friendly and international working environment Opportunity to grow with a growing premium dessert brand Job Responsibilities Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Managers in ensuring smooth daily operations of the shop Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience for guests Process customer orders accurately and ensure items are prepared and served promptly Communicate effectively with service staff to maintain consistent service standards Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and organization of the shop and service areas Assist in shop opening and closing procedures Support shop events and promotional activities when required Job Requirements Experience in F&B or retail operations is an advantage (especially in premium or luxury brands) Well-groomed with a professional appearance Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with strong initiative Passionate about Japanese sweets culture and hospitality Interest in contributing to the growth of the sweets industry in Singapore If you are passionate about desserts and customer service, come and build your career with Henri Charpentier Singapore .
