Drafter

Key Responsibilities: Prepare technical drawings based on designs provided by architects, engineers, or project managers. Create layouts, blueprints, and detailed drawings for construction. Work closely with engineers or architects to understand specifications and make necessary adjustments. Revise designs and drawings based on feedback or changes in project requirements. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines in all drawings. Collaborate with other team members to develop design ideas and provide support in construction projects. Prepare as-built drawings after project completion to reflect any modifications made during the construction phase. Maintain an organized system of files and records of all designs and drawings. Qualifications and Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software. Strong understanding of construction design principles. Ability to interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and drawings. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and project teams. Associate's degree in Architecture, CAD technology, or a related field (or relevant certification). Experience in drafting for construction or engineering projects is a plus.
