About this role
Reporting • Review local and group reporting packages periodically. • Preparation of IFRS 17 local reporting for Singapore. • Prepare quarterly Assets Under Management (AUM) files. • Prepare RBC 2 Forms, liaising with appointed actuaries as needed. • Prepare additional MAS forms such as MAS 122, MAS 114, and MAS 109. • Perform quarterly reinsurance calculations and address any queries from reinsurers. • Conduct additional checks on fees calculated from the policy administration system to ensure accuracy. • Assist in the custodian closing process when required. Process Improvement andOperational Risk • Identify and suggest areas for improvement in finance and accounting processes. • Conduct regular assessments of financial procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Audit and Compliance Respond to ad-hoc queries from auditors.
