Sr.IT Engineer(Cloud & Microsoft 365)

As a Senior IT Engineer (Cloud & Microsoft 365), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud, Microsoft 365, and hybrid infrastructure environments. You will play a key role in ensuring the availability, security, and performance of IT systems while supporting the organization's cloud transformation and digital workplace initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support cloud, Microsoft 365, and hybrid infrastructure solutions. Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID. Manage Intune, endpoint security, Conditional Access, and MFA policies. Plan and execute cloud and Microsoft 365 migration projects. Monitor, maintain, and optimize the performance, availability, and security of IT systems. Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and related infrastructure services. Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, cloud, and Microsoft 365 issues. Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and other administration tools. Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support project delivery. Ensure compliance with security policies, industry standards, and best practices.
