Department Operations Reports To Sales cum Operations Manager Job Summary The Manager is responsible for leading sales activities and also carry out site works for PR with clients and to gain engineering experience. The role involves preparing quotations, coordinating with engineering teams, managing customer relationships, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of electrical engineering services. Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents. Conduct product presentations and explain technical solutions to customers. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Follow up on customer inquiries and close sales opportunities. Operations Responsibilities Carry out site works Process customer orders and monitor project timelines. Maintain accurate sales and project documentation. Resolve customer issues related to delivery, installation, or service. Monitor inventory requirements and do purchasing Prepare sales forecasts and operational reports. Customer Service Provide after-sales support. Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain long-term client relationships. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering 2–5 years of experience in electrical engineering sales, technical sales, or sales operations. Experience with electrical equipment, switchgear, control panels, cables, transformers, is an advantage. Required Skills Knowledge of electrical power systems. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to read basic electrical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
