Photo Process Technician

We’re searching for a Photo Process Technician to be part of our Photo Process Department diverse team of talent. What you will be working on: To assist the process engineers in production line related activities to achieve operation goals Perform shift duties (12 hours) to support production line related to Photo to ensure process integrity of tools for production Assist Engineers in the fine tuning of processes for production Assist Engineers on project qualification lot follow-up and support excursion or line related issues. Assist in trouble-shooting process related issues and minimize the time lots are on hold Monitor qualified process using SPC and other statistical tools Assist Operators/specialist to ensure that work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives and that SOPs are strictly followed Assist in implementing process improvement projects Participate project to improve productivity and output quality of the Module Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module More about you: ITC / NTC in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics / Chemical Process Technology 1-2 years’ experience in front end semiconductor manufacturing environment preferred Fresh diploma graduates with keen interest are welcome to apply Basic theory/knowledge, which should include at least two of the followingWafer Fabrication TechnologyBasic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, VBA, Tableau Basic statistical, SPC knowledge Good ability and experience working in a multi-cultural environment Disciplined and able to follow procedure strictly Positive learning, self-driven and independent attitude Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift (day/night) and work under pressure Able to work in clean room environment Able to work overtime (day/night) during off-days when needed Clear and concise communication skills Able to communicate in English & Mandarin SSMC is firmly committed to upholding equal employment opportunities for all individuals.
